Architectural Design

Chinese boii by APENG, Lat Phrao, Bangkok.

Exterior and interior design for an 80 sq.m restaurant with the loft-style design concept. The main objective is to create a sense of dining in a luxurious restaurant at night, achieved through emphasis on the lighting design. Therefore, we have opted for a small spot pattern of color skim coating for the wall texture, known as the roe-pattern, to add dimension to the walls. Additionally, we have utilized red traditional bricks for the counter design, evoking a charming scent of the past that complements the restaurant's traditional Chinese and fusion menu. In terms of lighting design, we prioritize the use of spotlights to intentionally highlight focal areas and present the dishes in a more captivating manner.
