Architectural Design
Grand Watergate Hotel, Pratunam, Bangkok.
Exterior design for an 459 sq.m The hotel, designed with the Japandi style concept, maintains the original building structure that was previously operational before the COVID-19 hiatus. To preserve the original architectural style, we opted to use wooden beams and surface materials mimicking natural textures such as a mixed stone pattern. This choice enhances the Japandi design concept. Additionally, we changed the building's color from its original red and pink blend to a gray, accentuating the prominence of the wood amidst the surrounding environment.
