"The interior design project for a three-story residential dwelling within the project, spanning 251 square meters, adheres to the Modern Luxury style concept. The homeowner's design challenge was to infuse the home with opulence while maintaining a cozy atmosphere simultaneously. To achieve this, we opted for earth-tone shades in the selected materials to seamlessly blend luxury with a warm ambiance. Materials such as glass and stainless steel were incorporated, while retaining earth-tone colors such as gold and brown.
Each room within the home is decorated according to the individual style preferences of the family members, who are members of the household. Another challenge of this project lies on the third floor, where the homeowner desired it to resemble a penthouse, characterized by an open-plan layout. This involved demolishing partition walls and utilizing furniture as room dividers while maintaining accessibility between spaces.
Starting with the demolition of partition walls, various furniture pieces were utilized to define and separate spaces, yet still allowing fluid movement throughout. For the bedrooms, privacy was a priority, hence the installation of premium sliding doors, offering the flexibility of opening or closing the rooms as desired."
